Delicious and sweet ice cream, flavoured with mint. This recipe is without sugar and contains both fruit and a “super-vegetable”! Enjoy.
Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
Portion the “smoothie” in ice cream trays and put them in the freezer. When frozen, pour the darkest chocolate you can find over them, and enjoy with a very good conscience.
